This adorable coatimundi unfortunately will never be able to be released back into the wild. It was being fed on a large property for a long time and lost it's ability to forage on it's own, so now it must be cared for at a licensed rehab center for the rest of it's life. This is one example of why it's not a good idea to get wild animals dependent on humans on their food and survival. If you come across wildlife that you suspect that have become dependent on humans for food, call 1st Response Wildlife and they will quickly and professionally remove and relocate them for you.
